ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund to your original payment method.
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. After 10 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email returns@eargoddess.com with your name, item, and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
