In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY?

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Via USPS carrier, standard shipping time is 3 - 5 business days.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates
The flat shipping rate charged for orders under $50 is $6.00.  Orders over $50 will ship for FREE

 

Out of Stock Items 
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

RETURNS

​Our return policy is 10 days. After 10 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, send an email to: returns@eargoddess.com  with your name, item and reason for return.

your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

 

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days, first check with your bank or credit card company, depending on your institution it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  After 10 days if  you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@eargoddess.com

Only regular priced items may be refunded, All sale items are FINAL.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will NOT be charged to reship your new order. Standard shipping is 5 - 7 business days.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
